At Vintages Shop, we handle your carefully curated vintage pieces with the same attention we’d give a rare museum artifact. Here’s how we get your treasures to you:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (£12.95): via DHL or FedEx – delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over £50 – delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Returns Promise
We want you to love your vintage finds as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as straightforward as the clean lines on our vintage denim trousers.
Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Securely packaged in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Exception: Due to their rare nature, vintage football shirts and vintage sweatshirts marked as “final sale” cannot be returned unless faulty. These one-of-a-kind treasures can’t be replaced once they’re gone.
How to Return an Item
Returning your vintage piece is as easy as slipping into your favorite vintage t-shirt:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary details
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your return securely (we recommend original packaging)
- Ship to our London address (provided in your return approval email)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If your preferred item isn’t available, we’ll offer alternatives or process a refund.
Faulty Items
While we inspect every vintage piece with museum-level care, sometimes flaws can be missed. If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Choose a replacement (if available) or full refund
